Kez Stuk: circling back to the whole notion of we all see life so differently, two truths can coexist. But it's like when you actually are brave enough to show what you stand for and who you are. And I say this very much going through this myself because I can teeter. I have so many like values and opinions that I'm so passionate about and I so want to bring into the world and show people like who I am and my truth. But Welcome to the Inbetween podcast, the space where the magic happens. I'm Kez, a former corporate lawyer turned holistic health, life, business and intuitive coach. Through my own journey of traversing many inbetweens, I created this podcast to share the tools, modalities and learnings that have transformed my life. Here we explore the spaces that exist between who we've been and who we're becoming through real, raw and expansive conversations with wellness professionals, entrepreneurs, Hello and welcome back to the Inbetween podcast for part three of the Wildfire series. A collaboration between myself and Maddie from Blooming Within. A dear friend of mine where we go behind the scenes on what we've both been navigating, what's been on our hearts, diving deep into the taboo, the shadow, the vulnerable topics, as well as the collective themes we're both experiencing and the practical tools to move through the season of life you're in, which we have no doubt is change. Thank you so much for being here. It's truly an honor to walk this journey with you. If something resonated today, I'd love to hear from you. Your reflections and stories mean more than you know. Until next time, remember, the magic isn't in the final destination. It's right here in the in-between. there is also the part of me that is really scared. And so I'm working through that now as well. So I'm not saying this in absolute terms, because I don't believe in absolutes anyway, but just sharing that in allowing myself to be more of who I am, people drop off because they don't want to see this side of me. They're like, I don't know who you are. And that's really hard. Like there's so much grief that I've had to move through with that as well, but visionaries and everyday humans walking the path of awakening. Together we share transformational stories, insights and tools that activate healing, expansion and soul alignment. This is your portal to the in-between. Are you ready to step through? as collectively we are experiencing rapid change. This is the final episode for this initial drop of the Wildfire series. We have a lot coming, but for now, if you haven't already, I highly recommend going back and listening to part one and part two first. I also just wanted to say before we dive into the episode today, how much it's warmed my heart seeing the names of all the beautiful women dropping into our international 2027 retreat wait list. then I get to find people where I'm resonating at the same level vibration. It's like when we talk, we finish each other's sentence. I don't need to explain myself. There's no filtering needed. I think that's when I really know I've found like a person for me because you don't need to justify or explain or it's petrified that I'm gonna take it the wrong way and then judge you. it's... I can't even explain how excited we are. It's literally a dream come true to create this experience and it is such an honor to have you there with us. This is an intentionally intimate retreat with limited spaces and we will prioritize those on the waitlist first. So the link to the waitlist is in the show notes. In this episode, we dive into the intersection between beliefs, pattern recognition and energetics. None of that, and it's useful. And then you can go there in dark parts of the psyche or controversy. You can talk about this array of topics because there's freedom and fluidity and flexibility and the judgment is dissolved. Because if there is something that shocks or triggers the other person, then there's curiosity. So it's that safety to explore those different things that surface. Totally, because there were things that were activating for both of us and we approach them with curiosity. What's that showing me about myself? And that's how we learn. how all three of these play a huge role in our lives and how we can rewire our brains, change our beliefs and how this energetically shifts our physical reality. We speak about how you can somatically experience in your body different beliefs and explore the conscious and unconscious stories we attach to these beliefs. As well as the importance of moving through emotions and once we're at a place where we let the emotional charge ⁓ as well. I think I just want to circle back to you speaking into the part of you that's scared, right? As we step into that, because it's all well and good. We can be like, you know, just start speaking up. I know firsthand, I know you've had such a similar experience. The thought of me doing a podcast, like, before I did it, even posting on social media, before I started my business, literally, I've said this so many times, but I just like to reinforce it because people will be like, you're so naturally good at speaking or whatever the... dissipate or has minimized in some way the importance of taking an objective view of our lives and constantly questioning the lessons we are being shown, asked to face consciously choosing to move differently to change our reality. We also speak about the collective shift we are currently experiencing where we're moving from the age of information, which is a mental-based paradigm I'm like, guys, no, this has been cultivated. I genuinely wanted to perish at the thought of it. I knew there was a desire for it, but there was so much fear. There was so, so, so, so, so much fear. So much I've had to work through to be able to even sit here today and not be sweating and shaking and actually be able to speak. But what we can do... and the inundation of information that is readily available to us through AI to the age of embodied wisdom, intuition and the heart. This is a topic I am so incredibly passionate about because I feel it is such a beautiful invitation for us all as a collective to tap back into our hearts, honor our uniqueness, our individuality and move from this place. While AI is an incredible tool, often what I see, what I've experienced is this part that's scared, we try and shun them and we try and shame them or we try and change them. And the most rapid way that you can actually move through fear is to allow it to coexist and to still move forward anyway and to hold the hand. Like if you literally personify that fear, and I see so many benefits and positives from it. I also see it being harmful when we outsource our power to it, where we all become homogenous, we all sound the same, and we in essence lose our humanness. Discernment is more important than ever now. We are all being called to be more aware of the information we are choosing to engage with. A simple check-in is asking if into a childlike version of you. I promise you, you ask how, if you grab a journal and go, how old are you? What are you afraid of? That part will communicate to you. It will absolutely communicate to you. Okay, maybe I'm seven years old. Cool. Personify that part. This is a seven year old version of you. Are you gonna lock them in a room and say, shut up, I need to do this podcast episode? Or are you gonna hold their hand and say, I know that this is really scary. I know that you're afraid of X, Y and Z. this content, this advice, this information feels good and aligned in my body? Or does this information evoke fear and division within me? We all have a choice as to what information we choose to engage with and what we choose not to, and really the choice is ours And finally, thank you ⁓ so for all the messages you've shared about what you'd like us to speak to in the upcoming Wildfire episodes. I'm the adult, I'm going to take the drivers wheel, you can come along, you're safe, hold them. What did that part need to hear? And again, stop trying to shun and shame these parts of yourself because it will amplify that experience and it will push you further away from the thing that you're trying to achieve as opposed to taking them along for the ride. Being like, I know this is scary, I'm a little bit scared too as we're stepping into ourselves and we're being bold and we're making statements and we're remembering who the fuck we are. Yes, this is scary. It's actually, it actually is scary. We literally cannot wait to jump back on the mic. So if there are any burning questions or things on your mind that you really love to hear or know about, please feel free to reach out. We both love hearing from you. Our details are all in the show notes. So much love to you all and let's dive into the wildfire. And also I am here to see you and hold space for you and hold your hand as we move through this together moment by moment. It does not need to be. I'm such an advocate. I think just because of my personal background of not feeling the need to jump off clips and... clips? Jump off clip... cliffs and make these huge bold big moves. I've definitely been there and often for me what that resulted in as I uprooted and changed my whole life all at once. was huge trauma responses, massive, massive trauma responses that sometimes took me months, weeks, days, years to get out of. And so there's a lot of power and a lot of momentum in taking baby steps and holding the hands of those parts of yourself as you do it. I promise you things will happen more rapidly a lot of the time than if you jump off the cliff and then you completely dysregulate and spiral and maybe have that trauma response, especially if you have had it. background of trauma. I couldn't agree more and there's so many threads I want to pull on there. pull them all. I will pull them all but just speaking to jumping off cliffs I feel like this is something that comes up a lot on social media. Yeah. Just make the big moves, do this, you can change your life and you can and I you can. And there's times where you've prepared yourself for the jump. And but I just also want to share Like, yes, I have made some big moves in my life, but I can't explain all the micro moments. It's for me, was all about psychological safety and safety in my body to make those moves. And a question I actually get asked a lot is in terms of like when you do pivot careers, how do you create that emotional safety in the nervous system as well in terms of finances? And it's such a huge question. And my answer is it actually is so dependent on who you are. Because my level of comfort with a certain number in my bank account could be vastly different to what you feel safe with. So it's always that test of safety within yourself. But you can only make these big moves once you feel safe. So what is that level of safety? What does that look like for you? personally for me it was enough money that I could last six months without working before I needed to do something so that I had that full space and comfort to really be because my soul was craving being I lived a life of doing achievement proving my worth and it was like you need to be and remember who the fuck you are title of this podcast. Absolutely and so you know that applies to everything like what is your safety to hold you through that before making those big moves. Yeah and I will add to that it's also about expanding your comfort zone aka your safety. So what's safe for you now and then what do you want to make safe for you? I love that. like because yeah, 20K in your bank account with six months, but can you also feel safe with zero? Can you? Can you feel safe while you're in debt? Can you feel safe while you're chasing the love of your life and when you have them? What do you actually want and can you create safety regardless within yourself in all of those different experiences? What does that look like? And yeah, constantly expanding that safety. And when I say that, I'm actually gonna ground that as well because I, again, don't wanna be too like esoteric with this. Expanding your comfort zone really is just having those, expanding your window of tolerance, I'll say in psychology or in, you know, science side of things, like having those different emotional experiences because you don't need to hit $0 to think about it. If you feel into your body right now and I say you have $0, what does that feel like? And can you sit with that and can you create safety in that experience? When you have $500,000 in your bank. What does that bring up for you? Like you move through these like they often call them with finances in particular your glass ceilings You know We might say we want to be a millionaire or with the lottery if you think of having that amount of money in your bank account That might actually be more uncomfortable than having zero dollars because and what does that bring up? What does it represent? What identity does I even rep? Like you can go so deep into this and I feel like not you can switch money so Tangible I think to talk about but this can happen with anything. It can happen with partnership, with friendship. What does it feel like to have this highest level of friendship that you're calling it? Does that actually feel safe in your body? No, expanding your comfort zone is creating safety in that emotional experience so that when that comes in, you can hold it. Absolutely, I love that so much. And even just like when you are talking about wanting the love of your life, how does it feel to have that? and know, past versions of me, I didn't have the capacity to hold that because it didn't feel safe and I didn't feel worthy or deserving of having that and I would have pushed it away. Sabotage, 100%. and tapping into that and working through that, where you are building up that tolerance window. It could look different for everyone, but that could be being alone and feeling into those states, or it could be through dating and experiences where you're witnessing in others what you do and don't want and making that internal check-in in your body. Is that what I Love. I think another layer that's coming through that I want to add to this is meaning making. We are meaning making machines, absolute machines. And so what is the story that you are telling yourself and what is the meaning that you are giving to whatever experience it is as well of having $0 in your bank account? What does that mean about you? Of having $100,000 in your bank account? What does that mean about you? Of not being with the love of your life? What does that mean of being with the love of your life? what does that mean? Because again, it's kind of this different perspectives and states of consciousness that there can be two single people that have maybe had a really similar trajectory, maybe difficulties in love. And one of them could have complete and other faith and knowing and be in love with this process of being single because they have absolutely certainty that this person's coming through and they've done the work to feel that that's coming. They don't even need to think about it, worry about it. They feel deserving of having that experience and they know that it's happening. And the other person could be running a narrative and making that mean that there's something fundamentally wrong with them and that they don't deserve it and whatever the story is. So I think bringing your awareness to what is that story your mind is spinning about you and also the world around you. That's what creates our identity, right? It's our perception of ourselves and the world around us. I love that so much. And something that's really helped me work through that is when these opportunities or triggers come up. sitting with it, noticing, giving myself the safe space to feel into that experience, and then asking myself, what is the core wound being activated here? Okay, let's say it's rejection and abandonment. What is this experience reflecting back to me? ⁓ What is the thought, feeling and beliefs associated with this experience? Then the next question is, Is this true? Is that the truth? That I'm rejectable, I'm unlovable? Fundamentally no. It is not the truth. And then the next step that I love, and this is actually something that's probably changed the dial for me completely, is from my higher self, looking down above, like what is this showing me? What is this showing me about the path I'm stepping into? Or what is this showing me? What is the lesson in this for my story of what I'm becoming? Yeah, it's like, God, I don't really want to get into manifestation talk, but it really is of like, what are you stepping into? And let's actually look at it through the lens of Kabbalah with what you're speaking about. What's coming up for me is when we are stepping into they will say more light, but like more of you, right? Remembering who you are as you're stepping into that life will show you what is needing to be transformed to continue on that path. And that's the opportunity, right? And that's kind of like what you're saying. It's like the patterns come up and then, okay, what is this showing me about who I've been, who I'm becoming and how can I choose differently or whatever the precipice of what we're really drilling home. Apparently this is really needing to be spoken about. I think the other thing that came up for me is This has been really present for me lately is it's not. I like a lot of the best advice is contradictory. I don't know if you find that in spirituality a lot, but a lot of it's contradictory. So what I'm saying is probably going to be in some sense is contradictory, but there is a really common misconception that... there's like a fundamental belief underneath, just one fundamental belief, right? The main one that goes around is, just feel like I'm not good enough. I can tell you after doing hundreds of hypnosis sessions, that's maybe been a genuine belief that has been holding people back maybe 5 % of the time. And so often it's nuanced. And so when we do a session, when we look at what's going on, it's more about what we've been speaking into today, which is actually patterns and energetics. and narratives and stories. And then like you said, is this true? Is this not true? Do I want to keep feeding this beast? Yeah. And so it's often 10, 20 different beliefs or perspectives that they have. And when you can see that clearly from that objective clients, do you need these beliefs anymore? Like we've obviously done a healing experience. need it? No. I'm like, cool. Tell me why this is no longer your story. And they'll go, well, because I'm an adult, because this, because that, you have all of this information within you, but you're able to now see it through a clearer lens because when we're experiencing trauma, when we're in childhood, don't, when we're in childhood in particular, don't, the part of the brain that is able to discern is not online, it's black and white. And so when we create these beliefs, it is truth. Our subconscious takes beliefs as fundamental truths. So I love everything that you've said and having those lines of questioning. and also understanding it's not necessarily one core thing. I always like to see it if there's been a seed that's been planted. This is a part of literally the philosophy that I created and teach. There's a seed that's been planted that maybe has some form of really charged belief of I am separate, I don't belong, whatever that is. And then it creates roots and the roots of the different stories and perspectives and narratives and all together it's created this ecosystem of falsity that you're operating off. 100%. I think the other really cool thing is looking at your life as the objector from an objective position and even, it's so interesting Maddie and I were talking about like spirit animals the other day and you were sharing like from an eagle's perspective and how this eagle soars up above and just kind of floats and looks down with that perspective and it's such a beautiful vision that I see it's like how can we be more objective and that is all about that is what the higher self does when you can access those states through meditation through hypnosis through whatever even parts work it's all the same thing how can you look at things from that objective not the charged emotional lens like you have to feel all those emotions and you have to process them But then once you're able to, and whether that's through hypnosis or a meditative state, how can we rise above and look at things objectively and ask what the lessons are here? What am I being shown? What is life showing me? Like, how can I look at things from this objective lens? And honestly, sometimes that could even mean, I see it so much like a circuit breaker. It's like leaving an environment or leaving a space. where you can go back and retreat to safety and look at things objectively. I think actually circling back to energetic hygiene and entanglement, think a wounding of mine has always been because for so long I experienced so many things and I didn't realize my power and all my gifts and all my kind of extrasensory abilities. It was... The world was a really scary place for me because I could so easily tap into other people's energies that I took them on as my own. And growing up, I stepped into a really caretaker role where my emotions, my experiences didn't matter and I really had to be a caretaker and grew up really young. so for me, validating my own experiences and actually allowing myself to feel emotions has been a really big journey because I didn't have the space, I didn't have the safety to do that as a child. So to be that parent for myself and re-parenting, which is honestly such a lifelong journey because as you step into more of who you are, even speaking about things that are more controversial or more vulnerable, those parts get activated in you. so it's not just something that I say, I've, you know, obviously I have been on a journey and I have done a lot of re-parenting and work, but there's always gonna be that next level. expansion and that next opportunity to rise to. And so it is that lifelong journey of, you know, having the support, whether that's friendships or working with a coach or a therapist or, or your own tools or whatever, whatever it is, it's always building your resource kit to work through these layers that are inevitably going to come up. Not sure the tangent I was going on. That's okay. I agree. And I love the, I don't know if you've seen the healing spiral. love it. And it's our conscious mind. Our conscious mind wants things to be linear and to be like, okay, I've dealt with this pattern or this wound. So that means that's gone and that's done and whatever. And often it happens in a spiral. So you meet different layers of that energy or that experience when it is a core fundamental thing for you. Which literally happened to you this weekend in a different manifestation. I really do feel you had a completion. That's what it really felt like to me because you responded so vastly differently. feel like we're speaking to people, it's a minor thing, but there's a lead up of experiences that led to that. But it was also the energy of what it represented, saying a core wound of yours. Yeah. So there was a lead up of really big, you know, like tip of the iceberg experiences. And then that happened. And I think that's another thing. Sometimes the opportunities that are harder to show up differently are actually the smaller ones. I personally find. I agree with that. because I had a really big, intense version of that in December last year where I showed up differently. And you reminded me of that as well. were like, in that experience, you used your voice and you set a boundary. And I was like, ⁓ my God, so true. And this energetic is the same. So that felt good. And even though it was hard and it was uncomfortable and I was like, he'll shake you. And that reactivated that same, I'm scared. but I know I need to shop and use my voice and yeah, so sometimes the smaller things are equally as challenging, but it's the integration, the closing of those things. And I'm not attached to maybe, maybe that has been alchemized completely. Maybe it'll show back up again, whatever. We don't know. But at least I'm proud of, I think one of my biggest things is feeling proud of myself and how I'm showing up. And I feel proud of myself. And not only with that experience, the other experiences that have led up to that, that have been so challenging. on every possible level for me to navigate. It's like, ⁓ yeah, I can look back on that and feel proud. And I think that's the main thing. for who you are. grateful, grateful for who I am, grateful for my support system, my friends. The life you've cultivated. Yeah. Which has been a journey and it like will continue to be as well. Just pivoting a second, something I did really want to speak to and I feel like this is something we're both experiencing in a really big way is how important embodiment and integration is. Yes, let's talk about this. what I'm witnessing on a more collective level, and it's not just me feeling it, I know a lot of people are feeling it, is we're really moving from, we move through eras. There was the Industrial Revolution and that created the jobs and the workers and everything, and then we moved to an information age where it was all about the mind. It was all about intellect. was all about learning. We all conditioned to believe we need to go to university. university is great. Like I'm not making a stand that it's good or bad. I'm just sharing that that was the collective feeling. Like it was very much drilled into me. Like I came, you know, both my families ⁓ came from war and were immigrants. And it was very much like, you know, you're to be a doctor or a lawyer. And that was very much drilled into me, there was a, you just go to university. That's what you do. So this information age, and now we're at this time where information is so readily accessible through ChartGPT that you can just get information and regurgitate it. And that adds no value to anyone or anything in life anymore. Anyone can do that. So information is losing its potency and its value. And so what that shows us is we're at a collective shift now where we're moving from the age of information to the age of wisdom, intuition, the body and inspiration. And what we can do with all these beautiful learning, cause we're lifelong learners. Like learning is one of my favorite things in the world. I'm a hardcore nerd. Yeah. Same. And I love that about myself, like the rabbit holes. And I love that, but it's what you you do with that information. And to go from it being information to wisdom is the process of integration and embodiment. 100,000%. And then when you speak from a place of wisdom, it is felt on, I've actually got goosebumps, it's felt on an energetic and a bodily level. Even if someone can't consciously understand what's going on, you feel it. You feel it. It's an energetic level of holding that this is wisdom rather than information for just sharing sake. And so I feel like where this is where discernment comes in, because there is so much information out there and it's so recycled, it feels like there's copy paste, copy paste of information. This is really the time where this is my personal belief, especially moving into this age of Aquarius, where it's like, what is your unique gifts? What are your unique soul gifts? And coupling that with, with the information that you gather and you learn and then you embody and those gifts are so needed. We are not all supposed to be the same because as a collective what would it achieve if we were all regurgitating information? Like how does that help our collective move forward? Our unique gifts are here to be shine a light on but a lot of the time we need to go through I guess initiations and the tests and the learnings and responding differently and those lived experiences. to actually be that embodied leader or that embodied version of ourselves. that comes through, I really believe it comes through experience. I think wisdom is the gift that you receive through experience, integration of alchemizing your own. darkness for lack of a better way of saying it, hardships and bringing that to the light and that's how you distill wisdom personally I feel and yeah you feel that in people because they've navigated through that process and I've only got 10 minutes left but I feel as though there's so much to speak into with what you're saying. What I really want people to hear when they're receiving this is permission to be yourself. and you do not need to hide behind chat GPT to deliver your message. Because in that distortion, you're not actually being who you are. How is your tribe gonna find you if you're hiding behind that? Or attracting things into your life based on what you're presenting because in that... there's almost like an inbuilt shame, right? That you're feeling. Well, I feel like it would create imposter syndrome. Imposter syndrome because when people actually come, you're hiding and they're not seeing the real you. So I guess the invitation here is we need everyone to be unique for their gifts to shine through in whatever capacity that is. Like even in beauty, it's like creating beautiful clothes so that people can feel certain state when they're wearing it. This doesn't have to look the same for everyone. Whatever you're doing to create something of devotion and your heart to bringing your heart and like your passions and your desire to the collective that is serving humanity's ascension. I totally agree. I'm like I wish we had more time because I'm such a practical person and if you haven't already noticed I love wisdom like this and then just stealing it down to give people practical things that you can actually take away and do because if you're sitting there being like, like I was, I didn't know who the fuck, like I literally didn't know myself. I was constantly told as a child who I was. Same. I didn't know who I was and not until I literally became an adult and I was in my twenties did I start to unravel and understand and unpack and find tools and practices to. support me to actually tune into my heart and my soul and understand who I was and it's been such a process so I want to validate I think is what's coming through for me if someone's listening to this and they're like that sounds beautiful and amazing and yes I want that but I don't know how to do that and I don't know where to start how do I be myself how do I know who I am and Yeah, I wish maybe this is another podcast follow-up episode that we can do, but I wish we had more time to share more tools and practices. I think a number one thing would be values. I'm studying psychology at the moment and there's a lot of science behind the two core things. I think that if you add in a more holistic element, there's loads more that we could get to maybe at a later date. But the two core things which do align with more spiritual practices as well of that how you understand who you are, our values-based work. You can reach out to Kez and I, we probably both have practices. I definitely have a practice that I can send you or share with you with that. But values and what intrinsically motivates you. What intrinsically motivates you, that means when no one else is around or no one else is looking, what moves you? What excites you? Yeah, where is energy moving you? What excites you? What inspires you? Where... Do you feel energized towards people, places, opportunities, work, things, topics of conversation? What is within you that motivates you that if you weren't getting paid money, if you didn't have validation or appreciation or respect from other people, what would you still be doing? And so that combination of things, because we can have one of those things, we can know our values, but be extrinsically motivated. I could get the statistics, because I've literally learned about it like this week, but it's not coming to me, but it's like over. up to 70 to 90 % of people that are still extrinsically motivated, more depression, you can't maintain that connection to self. And so, yeah, I think I just wanted to share some practicality of where you can start if you are absolutely where I was, where you're like, that all sounds lovely, but I don't know who the fuck I am and I don't even know where to start. And I feel so disconnected, so detached, so unsure, lost, isolated, all of the things that we've spoken about today. That's what I would like to say into that. Tapping into that energy of who that person is and how they're feeling, my biggest, what's coming through is sitting down with someone who can see you. Yeah. If that's a friend or you need to reach out to someone or us or whatever that is, someone who can see you for who you are, all of you and your light when you're sitting in that confusion, which I have definitely been in that heaviness that... what the fuck am I doing? Someone who can actually see you in your light, that they're the people that are so helpful to be around when you're in that state, when you're just so confused and discombobulated and you don't know what to do and you just feel so constricted, would be that. And then the other thing I would recommend so much is, and we spoke to this earlier, but because we are so, We have been trained to be so in our head through education, through the education system, through everything that disconnects us from our heart. And our heart is the wisdom center of our soul. So anything that you can connect in with your heart through meditation. Heart and brain coherence. ⁓ my God, I wish we could go into this. But the wisdom that you're seeking and the answers you're seeking are within your heart. And so, once you can unlock that state within yourself through practices like meditation has changed my life and hypnosis has changed my life or even just like having someone reflect that back to you. Yeah, I think I really wanna hone in on that word reflection. People who can reflect back your life, not people who tell you who you are, even if that sounds empowering in some sense. Or dig into your darkness. Yes. Because I mean, I've definitely had that experience of like being told I needed to dig into more wounds and more shadow work and more this and more that. Yeah, perpetual healing. ⁓ my god, there's so many things. Okay, we're going to wrap up though because we have three minutes. Just reminding you that we live in this duality of light and dark and yes, we have both within us, but sometimes we just need to be reminded of our light and the positivity and who we are. when we can't say it ourselves. Yes, I always say 80-20 rule to my clients, 80 % orienting towards the light, 20 % uncovering, unearthing things that are feeling dark or heavy or blocks within the psyche. Positive psychology aligns with that principle because positive psychology doesn't mean positive bypassing. It doesn't mean only focusing on what's positive. It means that we can, have this flexibility and we have this ability to move through both, but you're, almost like a sunflower. You're like, always orienting towards light. The sunflower still experiences nighttime, it still experiences darkness, but when the sun is there, like it's always spending that time orienting and facing towards the light. And there's so much magic and healing in allowing yourself to come full circle to choose joy and to, again, I don't want to make that sound so simplistic that it's triggering for people, but yeah, I think we can round it out there with a pretty, hopefully we've closed most of our tabs. We've left a couple open, so we will flag them. and we will do maybe another episode or 10 with the open tabs if there's any remaining. But yeah, and I just want to invite you as well. Please reach out to us if there's open tabs that you're listening to me. Like, why didn't they go there? I wanted them to go there. I wanted them to talk more about that. Please let us know because we would absolutely love to delve into that with you guys. So yeah, ditto. Love you so much. grateful for you and your lad and Yeah, just your capacity to hold me and others through all of the waves and emotions. I'm so grateful for you and yeah, we're out.
